Our Story & Staff
From the Ashes Fitness was established in 2025 and our name was inspired by the phoenix, a mythical bird that bursts into flames upon reaching the end of its life, only to be reborn from the ashes, symbolizing renewal and eternal life.
After a long battle with depression, owner and trainer, Aaron, found a passion for fitness along the way and truly discovered the meaning of the term "iron therapy".
For 10 years, Aaron dabbled in the fitness industry: working in his own personal fitness journey and developing his fundamental understanding.
In 2021, Aaron took the leap and strayed away from his father's carpentry business to pursue his Personal Training Certification.
Since then, Aaron has gained experience training individuals from a variety of different fitness levels in one on one and group training sessions.
After finding a deep passion for helping people meet and exceed their fitness goals, From the Ashes Fitness was born and we are here to help you rise to your potential, no matter where you are in your fitness journey!
